Everything we'll hold ourselves to, written plainly. If something here isn't clear, ask before you order rather than after.

Paying

You don't pay anything up front. We sculpt the 3D model first and show it to you, and you only pay once you've seen it and you're happy with it.

If we can't get the sculpt to a point you're happy with, you don't pay for it and nothing gets printed. There is no charge for the work we've done up to that point.

Price depends on the size of the piece and how many figures are in it. We quote you before any work starts.

Delivery

We ship across India from Bangalore.

Around ten days is the general guide, counted from the point where you've approved the sculpt — not from when you first message us. The sculpting stage before that depends partly on how quickly we hear back from you, and the hand-painting can't be rushed without it showing.

If you're outside India, ask us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

If it arrives damaged

We'll remake it, free.

Message us as soon as it arrives with photographs of both the packaging and the piece. The packaging photos matter — they tell us whether it happened in transit, which affects how we pack the next one, not whether we honour this.

Tell us within a reasonable time of it arriving so we can raise it with the courier while that's still possible.

Your photographs

You send us a photograph to have something made from it. That's the only thing we use it for.

• We won't post your photo, or the finished piece, anywhere without asking you first. Not on Instagram, not on this site, nowhere.
• If you'd rather nobody ever sees it, say so. You don't need to give a reason, and it won't change anything about your order.
• We don't sell, share or license your photographs to anyone.
• If you ask us to delete the files after your piece is delivered, we will.

A lot of what we make is for an animal who has died. That isn't content, and we won't treat it as content.

What we can and can't promise

Each piece is sculpted and painted by hand, so it's an interpretation rather than a copy. Likeness is the whole point and it's why you see and approve the sculpt before anything is printed — but two pieces are never quite identical, and that's the nature of the thing rather than a defect.

It's a decorative piece. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat, and dust it with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth.
