The photo doesn't have to be a good one

Most people who write to us start by apologising for the picture. They don't need to.

The photographs we work from are usually the ordinary ones — a Tuesday, bad light, half a face, taken without knowing it would matter. That's what we're used to, and it's usually enough.

We can work from video too. If everything you have is a few shaky seconds, send the clip and we'll find the frame. This is the case more often than not, because the best moments were never photographed properly — she was moving, and nobody thought to stop and take a picture.

What we make

A sculpted figure of your pet, 3D printed and then painted entirely by hand — the markings, the fur, the particular way she sat. Mounted on a wooden base.

It can be your pet alone, or the two of you together, if there's a photograph of that.

You approve it before anything is printed

We build the 3D model first and send it to you. Likeness matters most here, and it's decided at that stage, so nothing gets printed until you've seen it and told us it's right.

If something is off — the set of the ears, the shape of a face — tell us and we change it. If we can't get there, you don't pay and nothing is made. We'd rather that than send you something that isn't her.

What we won't do

We won't post your photograph, or the finished piece, anywhere without asking you first. Not on Instagram, not on this site, nowhere.

If you'd rather nobody ever sees it, say so. You don't need to explain, and it changes nothing about your order. A lot of what we make is for an animal who has died — that isn't content, and we don't treat it as content.

Practical things

Around ten days from an approved sculpt to it reaching you. Size and price depend on how large you want it and how many figures are in the scene — send the photo and we'll quote before any work starts.

Made in Bangalore, delivered across India. If it arrives damaged we remake it free. The rest is on our policies page.

If you're not ready

There's no hurry, and nothing here expires. Some people write to us weeks after, some a year after, some on an anniversary. If you want to send the photo now and decide later, that's completely fine — tell us that's what you're doing and we'll leave it with you.
